Phillip Jones has been writing and educating about craft spirits since 2012 via his popular website, The Martini Whisperer. Phillip is a TEDx speaker on the cultural history of the Martini and frequently runs masterclasses across Australia.
He’s a National Judge for the Australian Tourism Awards and Associate Member of the Australian Distillers Association. He gives us an incredible amount of value today and I hope you enjoy.
